Situation
Dupler Office, a full-service contract furniture dealer partnering with Allsteel and HNI Corporation, wanted to generate awareness of their business in Central Ohio along with their ability to be the best resource for earth-friendly manufacturers, suppliers and products. Additionally, Dupler needed a way to stand out among competitors, specifically in relation to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Strategy
Marketing Works designed and dispatched custom e-blasts for Dupler Office, highlighting regularly scheduled events. These events were carefully coordinated to establish brand awareness for Dupler Office. Dupler Academy is an example of a variety of events that were planned and coordinated by Marketing Works. Each Academy class was hosted by the client and marketed as an education workshop for architects and designers. In order to distinguish Dupler Office from its competitors, Marketing Works conceptualized and designed a hybrid tabbed brochure/proposal that could be printed by the client in-house.
Results
The entire proposal package is now the gold standard among all other Allsteel dealers in the country. In addition to being the leader among all Allsteel dealers, Dupler’s new messaging resonates with prospective clients that the right design can inspire performance, enhance productivity, increase morale and create exceptional value.
