Situation
KeyBridge Medical Revenue Management is an Ohio-based company that specializes in medical collections, A/R management, early-out, pre-collect and debt purchasing. The company wanted to generate awareness to key decision makers among a network of community hospitals and private practice groups evaluating their medical revenue management vendors.
Strategy
Marketing Works designed and implemented a series of multi-dimensional, high-end direct marketing campaigns targeting CFOs and billing managers. The goal – to establish awareness and top-of-mind visibility among key decision makers and influencers at hospital prospects. Using thought leadership materials (white papers and webinars) as an offer, Marketing Works sent the mailings in waves allowing sales people to follow up by phone and secure a meeting or RFP. Non responders were sent e-mail blasts repeating the offer.
Results
Marketing Works’ customized direct mailing campaign allowed KeyBridge to establish relationships with and raise awareness among 24 new organizations. To date, these relationships have resulted in various successes, including six meetings with new organizations.
