Situation

MaternOhio Clinical Associates, Inc. (MOCA) is Ohio’s largest private OB/GYN practice group, consisting of 8 individual practices with 16 locations.  To meet compliance requirements, all practices had to be unified under one brand while still retaining their individual names.

Strategy

Marketing Works recommended focusing on the practices’ web presence, created the brand and applied it to a website that connects all eight of them to one main site with individual sites linked to it.  This successfully allowed each practice to retain its identity under a parent brand.

Results

Through effective strategic planning and implementation, Marketing Works successfully rebranded MOCA, resulting in increased web traffic, exposure for target audiences and improvement of online visibility.
